  • Yes, it is, and that’s why we only invite boats with drafts of 3 feet or less to the marina. The approach channel into Happy Landings Marina measures approximately 3.5 feet at mean low tide.

  • Our marina is fully complete with 75 slips, all utilities, and 31 operational in-slip boat lifts. Our uplands building is expected to be completed by 2026.

  • To inquire about long-term leasing a slip at the marina, please fill out the inquiry form. Once we have your information, we will communicate with you via email and phone about slip availability

  • The marina has comprehensive security measures in place, including gated access and video surveillance monitored with artificial intelligence and by humans. Ensuring the safety of you and your boat is our top priority.

  • Each slip has access to 30-amp electrical service and a freshwater spigot for your convenience. We also have a sewage pumpout station located near the entrance of the docks.

  • Trailers are not allowed to be kept at the property, and we do not have a boat ramp available. However, the City Marina at Garrison Bight (0.6 miles away) has a boat ramp and limited trailer storage.

  • No, we are not equipped to accommodate liveaboard vessels registered as a primary residence.
